Heat Insulation UPVC roof tile

Heat Insulation UPVC roof sheet is 3-layer tile, which is made of UPVC in two surface layers, by adding chemical anti-aging additive agents like Ultraviolet Radiation Absorption Agent, Shielding Effect Agent, Oxidation Resistance Agent, Modifying Agent in the surface layer and the Shielding Effect paint in the core layer. Those Chemical agents can effectively convert the ultraviolet energy into thermal radiation with the simultaneous release of energy or avoid the damage by ultraviolet and stop the penetration of sun light. It is more durable and has better heat insulation than ordinary tiles.
Coefficient of heat conductivity is 0.239w/ m.k., which is 1/ 3 of that of clay tile, and 1/ 2000 of that of 0.5mm thickness color steel tile. 
Heat insulation UPVC roof tile will not take chemical reactions with acids or alkalis. So the acid or the alkalic circumstance will not lead to decrease of the product performance. It is the most ideal roof materials for littorals with salt mist and strong corrosion and the places with frequent acid rains to solve the corrosion problem of the roof materials in chemical plants, ceramic plants and electroplate plants.
It has the feature of its sound insulation and it is lighter than ordinary materials because of its foam sructure. Echoed by the sound wave in the porous materials, the air will strike in porous cell wall. The sound energy will release caused by friction and refaction. With this outsanding feature of sound insulation, the tile can absorb the mass sound. When it rains, the noise is more than 30DB lower than the metal roofing. It is stronger and more tenacious than traditional roof tile by adopting the special processing techniques-vertical biaxial tension in cohesion of the molecule. It is easy for cutting, drilling and nailing. Effective width can reach 93% which is 8% more than ordinary plastic sheet.
